Sarah & Andrew's wedding took place on a glorious day at the end of March (remember the mini heatwave we had?) - how lucky were they! All their guests enjoyed drinks on the terrace at Armathwaite and the kids even had a game of croquet - goes to show you never know what the great British weather will come up with! Venue - St. Michael's Church, Workington followed by a reception at Armathwaite Hall, Keswick
Dress - Sarah's beautiful dress was from Champagne Brides in Workington
Accessories - The jewellery Sarah wore was her mum's, and they got her wedding ring from Beadle and Hill in Carlisle
Suits - from Tom Little in Maryport
Which of your suppliers would you recommend? - "Apart from yourselves, we'd recommend Floral Boutique in Cockermouth for flowers, they were so easy to deal with and really helped us get what we wanted - I really wanted bright flowers, but thought they wouldn't go with the bridesmaid dress colour, but they had loads of suggestions to help. "
Honeymoon - London, Fort Lauderdale, Caribbean cruise, then Miami.
Favourite memory from the day - "It's so hard to pick a single memory, we had such a fantastic day, but (apart from getting married of course!) it was so nice to catch up with all our family and friends and see them enjoying themselves."
Advice to other couples - "This was said to us by so many people, but it is so true - the day totally flies in, so make sure you take a few minutes to soak it all up, and make sure you enjoy it!"
