Armathwaite Hall is a venue that we really wanted to work at - it's a gorgeous old Hall overlooking Bassenthwaite Lake near Keswick. Kathryn & Rick were married there at the end of September, and we managed to dodge the rain showers to get all the outdoor photos we wanted.
Their wedding day was jam-packed with fun and laughter, with Rick's speech almost bringing all the guests to tears of laughter as it was hilarious! Kathryn and Rick had booked one of our full day packages so we were able to capture their first dance, and disco provided by none other than Billy Boswell of Bread fame!
We'd highly recommend Armathwaite Hall to all couples looking for a wedding venue, and it's also a superb hotel for a weekend getaway as it had a new spa and the food is superb.
